Refund & cancellation policy
How to cancel, what happens to the time you already paid for, and the cases where we send money back.

LEGAL_* variables in the environment and this notice disappears.1Cancelling
Cancel from Billing in your console. It takes one click and needs no email to us.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not cut your access off immediately: your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the console shows the exact date. After that the account drops to the free allowance rather than being closed.
You can undo a cancellation from the same page any time before the period ends.
2What is not refunded
Because access continues for the whole period you paid for, we do not prorate or refund the unused part of a month or a year when you cancel. You keep what you bought until it expires.
Usage that has already happened is not refundable. A document that was processed consumed capacity whether or not the output was useful to you.
3What is refunded
We refund in full, without argument, when:
- you were charged twice for the same period, or charged after a cancellation had taken effect;
- a renewal was taken without the pre-debit notice we promise in the terms;
- the service was unavailable for a sustained period within a paid month and you could not use what you paid for;
- you upgraded or bought a plan by mistake and tell us within 7 days, having used no more than the free allowance since the charge.
4How to ask
Write to us from the email address on the account and include the invoice number from Billing. We reply within 2 working days and, where a refund is due, submit it to the payment provider within 5 working days of agreeing it.
Once submitted, the money reaches your card or bank on the provider’s own schedule, usually 5 to 7 working days for cards in India, and it returns to the instrument that was charged. We cannot send a refund to a different account.
5Failed payments
A failed renewal is not a charge and needs no refund. We retry over the following days, your access continues while we do, and if it keeps failing the subscription ends and the account returns to the free allowance.
6Taxes on a refund
Prices include 18% GST, so a refund returns the tax with it. Where a tax invoice has already been issued we raise a credit note against it, which is why refunds appear in your invoice list rather than simply disappearing from it.
7Chargebacks
If something is wrong, please tell us before raising a dispute with your bank. We would rather fix it directly, and a dispute freezes the account until the provider closes it, which helps neither of us.
