Is GST included?
Yes. Every price shown is what your card is charged; the invoice breaks out the 18% separately for your records.
What happens if a payment fails?
We retry over several days and email you. Your access continues throughout, and nothing is cut off mid-period.
Can I cancel?
Any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Do failed OCR runs count?
No. If the model fails, nothing is charged. You pay only for pages that were actually read.
